Thanks for visiting my website devoted to investigating how technology is affecting poverty around the world. My name is Jack J. Barry and I am a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Connecticut’s Global Training and Development Institute. I recently defended my dissertation, and my degree was in Political Science at the University of Connecticut. This site is dedicated to providing a space where those who are interested in the technology/poverty relationship can read about and share innovative ideas, or engage in debate.
